Returns Policy
To request a Return Authorization Number (RMA), please fill out below form along with your order #, and a description of the reason for return. We will contact you with return instructions after reviewing your request.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION.
Please be sure to inspect all items for damage, if a box appears to be severely damaged, please refuse the package if you do not feel it is in good condition. If any item you purchased from Metallic Moldings was damaged in shipping, or appears to be defective, please call us right away so that we may arrange to repair or replace it. Please keep all packaging, as the freight company may need to inspect it, or we may request you return the items. If you find concealed damage after opening products, please contact us within 48 hours to report the problem. We may not be able to honor a claim after 48hrs due to shipping company policies.
Metal Wall Base: This product is manufactured at time of order and is non-returnable. The manufacturer does not accept returns on this product.
Do not mail returns to the below address unless instructed to do so.
Some products will be shipped back to the manufacturer.

We can ship to virtually any address in the USA.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
